Tobias Zuberbühler is the initiator and co-editor of the Commentary on the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration, a second edition of which will be published in 2012. He regularly publishes and holds presentations in the field of international arbitration. Tobias Zuberbühler was President of the International Arbitration Commission of AIJA (Association International des Jeunes Avocats) until August 2011.
