We advise and represent private sector and public sector companies in all matters of anti-trust law and unfair competition. We provide support in market access, technical trade barriers and tariffs. We check that your market behaviour, agreements, distribution arrangements and publicity comply with the Cartel Act and the unfair competition rules. For the public sector, we examine whether the Cartel Act even applies. Public sector companies generally carry out a public duty and often face complex anti-trust issues. We are familiar with the lexicon of government monopoly, public service and universal service and are happy to examine the legal aspect of supply and market set-up.
