We advise both employers and employees in all matters relating to employment law under individual and collective agreements. We also deal with public sector labour law.

Our specialities include drafting employment contracts and working regulations, designing and structuring employee share ownership schemes and variable remuneration systems, individual contractual arrangements for senior managers including non-compete clauses, restructuring (redundancies, dismissals and mass terminations), foreign assignments and applications for work and residence permits for employees from the EU and elsewhere, and issues relating to social security.

We advise employees on employers' breaches of employment law, employment contracts or administrative law for both private sector and public sector employment.

In addition to providing advice, our lawyers have great practical experience in handling complex employment law litigation and administrative proceedings.
