Sports Law

We advise sports clubs, their governing bodies and players and sports associations in commercial and disciplinary matters and represent them before official courts, association panels and arbitration tribunals such as the Tribunal Arbitral du Sport or on an ad hoc basis. We also act as arbitrators in sporting matters.

Sport brings together a range of legal issues from many different disciplines of the law. Our activities as sportspersons and officials in clubs and associations help with our knowledge of sports law so that we can offer you informed advice and represent you in issues such as player contracts, broadcasting rights, match agent agreements and disciplinary measures (fouls, suspensions).
